Review by Binkley (e-mail)
In a touch of irony, a “Grounded” story that DC decided to shelve was replaced with a Krypto story that DC had shelved. Based on this, I am not sure what within the story was so problematic that they couldn’t print it. It is not bad, although I think the pathos Busiek is going for would’ve been more viable if this had been printed at the time of Infinite Crisis, which was 5 years ago!
