Covers by Stanley Lau
Synopsis
After getting an upgrade the Web suite, John Raymond talks to Martin Scott, CFO of Advantage Health, the insurance company the Web is investigating over the death of several people under mysterious circumstances. Scott agrees to provide data from his company to aide in the investigation. In Atlantic City, the gaming commission shuts down the casino of Deuces Wilde, thanks in part to the “Global Concern.” Meanwhile, John Raymond is enjoying lunch with Trish Fletcher, whose grandmother is one of those who died mysteriously, when he is attacked by armed men. Raymond fights back and with help from Trish defeats them all, although he is beaten severely in the process. In the hospital, John receives a text message: either give them 5 billion dollars or they tell the world he is the Web. Later, the Web confronts Martin Scott. And finds Deuces Wilde. And the Stunner waiting for him.

HANGMAN: Three Things
Written by John Rozum
Art by Tom Derenick and Bill Sienkiewicz
Synopsis
Dr. Robert Dickering (aka The Hangman) is visited by three strange people who tell him three things, none of which make much sense to him. After the leave, Dickering watches a newscast of the Hangman committing murder of an innocent man. Elsewhere, Dead Hand Legendre orders the Ugly Man to lay low. As the Ugly Man prepares to check into a hotel room, the “Hangman” hangs him. That night, Dickering hears the news of the Ugly Man’s death. When he visits the dead body, the Ugly Man “tells” Hangman to look out for the six-finger man. Later, Dead Hand Legendre visits the Ugly Man and prepares to bring him back to life.
